Registration Steps
Step 1: Referral Verification
You must be referred by an existing Greengate member. Have their registered phone number and full name ready.
Step 2: Registration Fee Payment
Pay the one-time registration fee of âĻ10,500 to our bank account. You'll need your teller name, bank, and proof of payment.
Step 3: Personal Details
Provide your full name, address, phone number, passport photograph, and next of kin information.
Step 4: Employment / Business Details
Tell us about your employment or business. This helps us serve you better and assess loan eligibility.
Step 5: Review & Submit
Review all your information before final submission. You will agree to our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cooperative Constitution.
What You'll Need
- Valid government-issued ID (will be requested at office)
- 2 recent passport photographs (1 uploaded here)
- Proof of registration fee payment (âĻ10,500)
- Phone number of your Greengate referee
- Next of kin details
Registration is by referral only. You cannot proceed without a valid referee who is an existing Greengate member.

Ask an existing Greengate member for their registered phone number and full name. We will verify they are an active member before you can proceed.
